Heat press chip processing is a method that compresses and hardens the ends of cords using heat and pressure. Since this process does not involve the use of plastics, it is gaining attention as an environmentally friendly technology.

This process is suitable for polyester round cords and flat cords, but is not applicable to cotton or linen materials.
