Heat press tips processing involves compressing and hardening the tips of the cord using high-frequency waves. Since this method does not use plastic, it is gaining attention as an environmentally friendly technique.

This process is suitable for polyester round cords and flat cords, but is not applicable to cotton or linen materials.
